Leadership team changes


The Squeak Leadership team is pleased to welcome our new members:

  Giovanni Corriga
  Edgar J De Cleene

Giovanni and Edgar are filling the vacancies left by the recent departures of
Dan Ingalls and Tim Rowledge, and will serve until the next election (or
beyond :).  The selection was based on the results of the 2008 election, after
consulting with and obtaining approval from the Election Team.

Huh? Tim and Dan are no longer on board? That's kind of a major shift as 
far as I am concerned. Any comments as to why?

Dan left because he realized that his work schedule didn't permit him much
opportunity to participate in our biweekly meetings, and by leaving, we can
bring in someone who *can* participate regularly.  Dan remains available to
the team in a special consulting status.

Tim left for personal reasons.
