Ann kbs 0.2.1

kbs -- kitgen build system (version 0.2.1 for tcl/tk 8.5.0) 
 ========================== 

The system can generate [Tclkit Lite] executables and Tcl packages for 
 different operating systems. Tested are Linux, SunOS, Windows and Irix.
