Bas == Project Leader?

hey Bas,

If you want the job, I think you're already the defacto project leader
for binarycloud, I think it would be good to recognize that fact.

Let me know what you think. :)

best,

_alex

great another job

i do not particularly like being a project leader, but since
contributions have slowed and i still develop with bc i guess i must
see reality and recognize that fact...

anyone willing to share such responsibilities

(what do you do as a project leader? not .... leading.... ????
nohh... nah...)

Congratulations to your new position in the Binarycloud project, Bas :)

However as one who was (partly) responsible for BC for a while, I can
give you a piece of advice: If you feel that PHP and BC's structure
(build times with etc.) somehow slow you down - don't hesitate to
look at other platforms.

I did this and while binarycloud has been no wasted time for me, I
feel I'm much more productive with RoR.

Good luck with the project.

You blab about what you think people should do and take credit for
doing that. It's an easy job :P

May I add that the problem is to have people around ;o
THis means advertising for bc among php groups, releasing a stable phP4
version (not much to do apart from doc) and start a php5 branch probably ;-)

I stay around to answer to some questions, but I won't probably code
much more in php.
