[exception] missing public header files in SVN

Hi Emil,

What is going on the Boost.Exception library SVN repository? The following 
1.36.0 public header files are missing:
* boost/exception/enable_current_exception.hpp
* boost/exception/enable_error_info.hpp

I have been working on improvements for the 1.37 release. The
functionality of these headers has been merged into
boost/exception/exception.hpp. I was hoping that nobody will miss them
but I guess I was wrong. :)

I will explain the improvements I made in a few days, once I know that
all tests pass on all of the supported platforms.
