Extra website links to 'getting started'

A few people have said that they can't find the getting started
documentation on the site - so it might be worth adding a direct link
to the documentation page, and sidebar. If no one objects, I'll add
the attached patch in a few days.

No objections to adding the link... Since I was going to do it 
eventually (I was taking a break from web stuff because of GSoC reading).

Okay, if there are maintenance tasks like this you want me to do, feel 
free to assign trac tickets to me. I've got time to deal with them at 
the moment.

OK, I reassigned a bunch of them to you. Many of them related to the 
libraries list. There are some that relate to displaying the docs and 
failing redirects, for example 
<http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1775>. Not sure if you want to 
try to fix those, so if you do you can go ahead and grab them. Note, 
many of them lists multiple problems (and are duplicates), split to 
create new tickets if needed.
