Hello everyone, 

I am trying to build bioformats but couldn't succeed yet.

The first document I tried was the following one

http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/ITK_Release_4/Microscopy/File_Formats/Bio-Formats

The document mentions bf-cpp directory which

does not exist in the bioformats directory anymore. 

I see a bf-itk-pipe directory though. 

The second document I tried is 

http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/itk

which I was able to compile and configure 

as suggested but failed to read/write ics/stk files

at the end of the day. 

Are there any up-to-date pointers on how to compile 

and configure bioformats for ITK ?
