libusb-compat-0.1.4 released

I've just tagged and uploaded libusb-compat-0.1.4 to SF.

This release primarily fixes http://libusb.org/ticket/42 which
regards correct mapping of error codes to what libusb-0.1 returns.

This release would not have been what it is without help, code,
