libusbK under Windows 8 with WDK8 Release Preview

Last time I found problems with converting libusbK project files using the
WDK conversion tool inside the WDK8 Developer Preview (on top
of VS11 Developer Preview) and we had to change the libusbK
solution file structure to get it working.

Now actually Microsoft has solved the problems with WDK8 Release
Preview (tested under Windows 8 Release Preview).

Please take note that Windows SDK8 and WDK8 no longer
ships with a compiler toolchain, you need to use VS11 (VS2012)
as the toolchain.

BTW, older libusbK version 3.0.10 does not work under
Windows 8 Release Preview but 3.0.12 public beta
onwards works fine.
