Job Description
The High Performance Computing Group seeks a Post-Doctoral Research Associate to participate actively in research conducted by the Center for Adaptive Supercomputing Software.  The successful candidate will have research experience in parallel graph algorithms, network analysis, parallel computing, and performance studies.  The candidate will be expected to actively participate in the research and publications in these areas.  The position can lead to high visibility and leadership in the research community.

Minimum Requirements
Candidates must have received a PhD within the past five years from an accredited college or university.  All staff at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory must be able to demonstrate the legal right to work in the United States.

Qualifications
The following requirements are essential to this position: 

- Ph.D. degree in computer science, mathematics, or a closely related technical area. 
- Experience in graph algorithms and parallel programming. 
- Experience with one or more large-scale parallel computer systems. 
- Knowledge of computer architectures, compiler infrastructures, and runtimes. 
- Peer-reviewed publication record in parallel computing journals or conferences.
