Closing pending bugs

Sourceforge used to automatically close any pending bugs after two weeks.  That doesn't happen anymore, and I see (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=browse&group_id=4933&atid=104933) that there are a dozen pending reports.  All are least 3 months old, so I'm going to just close them.

(I didn't look at every one, but some are obviously incorrect reports but some are not so obvious. In any case, a developer marked them as pending and no updates were ever submitted, so that seems a good indication that they can be closed.)
