Reliable computing colleagues, I may need to temporarily shut down interval.louisiana.edu early next week to prevent damage from a hurricane (tropical cyclone). The nominal forecast track of Gustav persistently has been directly through Lafayette as a major hurricane. However, this would happen in over 4 days, and the forecast uncertainties are extremely large, approaching some measure of reliability only within 36 hours.
