Commit message:
Changed the way ratings are displayed on the node page.  Also changed the display of the binocular icon to a
span.  The <span class="rating_guide"></span> line in node_info.html now does not function correctly
with javascript.  Lucy, can you update the jquery for that being a span instead of a div?
