No reason, I guess.  Never really considered it.  Thanks for mentioning it.

I can see that it would be useful where there are more than two nodes and resources are "balanced" between
nodes.   In some shops, tho, a cluster leave on an unused node, in a two node cluster, would be fine too.

But, then again, maintenance mode may be less time consuming.  I'll have to play with it.
