Cascades: Is inserting whitespace into sourcecode

I use cascades on Windows 2000 and Windows 98 and find
it very useful. However, I've noticed a problem
affecting its CSS source-code output.

Each time you save a file, it appends an additional
newline to the end of each line.  After several
editing sessions, this ends up with each line of CSS
being followed by 8-10 lines (typ) of blank space,
which looks somewhat inelegant.

I'm using a version of cascades from Early 2003, on
Mozilla 1.2
