Lightning has always been adjusted to the TB release. It wasn't that
obvious until the rapid release schedule went into production.

That webpage shows Lightning 1.4 as the current stable release for the
current Thunderbird 12.0 release.

That webpage also lists the development releases that work with the
development versions of Thunderbird, including the Beta, Earlybird, and
Daily. Also the ESR release compatibility.

It will change in the next couple of days to reflect the changes in
versions for both the application and the extension.

Thunderbird 13.0 is scheduled to be released tomorrow. Lightning 1.5
should also be released, but Lightning 1.5b2 works just fine now.

It can be found (at least today) under the Development Channel heading here;

That page will most likely change by tomorrow.

     Indeed :)  And on my side, I never really followed the release
date of Lightning as I rarely used it before several months ago.

     I didn't understand all these codes: aurora, early bird, etc.
And I didn't get any answer from google.

     OK.  So my question should be changed to:
When will 1.6 be scheduled to be released?  Or it's too early to know?
