New content in touch event doc; can someone review?

Someone added some new stuff to the touch event docs, and I'm not sure
I understand what they're getting at or whether or not their advice is
good. Can someone please look at https://developer.mozilla.org/en/DOM/Touch_events#Additional_tips
and either clean it up or let me know if that stuff is useful and how
to make the text clearer, because I'm not sure what it's getting at.
