Converting VP3 to Theora

Hi,

is there a (simple) way to convert a video encoded in vp3 to theora? The  
video stream is part of an .ogm-file, the audio is already encoded in ogg  
vorbis.

If you can extract the raw vp3 stream from the ogm file, there's an  
updater in win32/experimental/transcoder/
