Re: Can't download 0.43-3 windows binary?

Thanks... sure enough - the 'correct' URL doesn't have a slash but
for some reason Apache serves the file even if the slash is there (and
for some other reason google seems to prefer that).  I fixed it (I hope)
by replacing all the relative links with absolute ones.
