Please help me fill Spirit 1.8.5's changelog

Hallo,
I thought I was ready to package the 1.8.5 release when I noticed that 1.8 has a
changelog under libs/spirit. If you contributed changes for this release would
you mind posting a very short description? Don't worry about the format, I'll
deal with collating and formatting any contribution.

Thank you, Joel. I actually compared the contents of the 1.8.4 release 
with what will become 1.8.5 and realized that only minor fixes were 
added. The greatest change is the new miniboost. I'm updating the 
ChangeLog accordingly.
