Move VersionControl_Git to the PEAR organization

Hi Kousuke,

The VersionControl_Git repository on github[1] is currently under your
name. I'd like to move it into the official PEAR organization on
github[2].

To do that, go to the repository's admin page. On the bottom you'll
find the "transfer ownership" button. Use "pear" as target person.

Thanks. I've added you as admin to the repository. You can directly
commit to this repository now; there is no need to keep a custom copy.
