Hi Till,

A 0.4.0 release sounds good to me. The only change is the addition of 
Bucket::getLogging() added by clockwerx.

Please feel free to tag, branch and release.

0.4.0 is released on pear.php.net and the tag is pushed to github as well.

Any thoughts on the "next" steps?
