They offer a free 10-day intro if you're looking to get started with TDD

A couple of sharp developers in my part of the country, James Bender
and Jeff McWherter recently published a book on TDD:
Professional Test Driven Development with C#
and of course Roy Osherove's book
The Art of Unit Testing: With Examples in .NET is great as well

I can also recommend Test Driven Development: By Example by Kent Beck
