Are these practices really important to TDD?


I am working in a survey about good practices which are considered
helpfull to the success of the use of TDD. It is part of my monograph to
finish my especialization course.

They were colected from different articles in which the authors consider
them important to apply TDD successfully.

The goal of my survey is to collect opinions about the real necessity of
each of them.

I made a google form document with 19 questions of multiple choice which
requires less than 15 minutes to be completed. I would like to ask your
help me through the answers of the questions, you don't need identify
yourself at any time.

Please, I need the more answers as possible until Feb 17th.

I appreciate your help.
