dynalogin HOTP soft-token for Android

I've just been updating the dynalogin pages

A few people asked me about the dynalogin soft-token source code
- it is now migrated to github.
- it is GPL like the rest of dynalogin
- it is not released in the regular dynalogin server tarballs
