Fully-functional git prompt script

Any git users here? I've finished porting the __git_ps1 function from bash over to fish, with some extra
options (full control over colors and the status indicator characters). This has been submitted already
as a pull request to fish-shell/fish-shell, but until that gets accepted, you can find the script at

https://github.com/kballard/fish-shell/blob/git_prompt/share/functions/__fish_git_prompt.fish

Just drop this in your ~/.config/fish/functions/ folder and stick (__fish_git_prompt) somewhere in
your fish_prompt.
