How to Edit/Delete Categories

I'd like to edit some of the Categories I've created, but I no longer 
seem to have access to do that.

Whenever I go to the Menu item, "Category", the only choice I have 
is "New Category" and all the others are grayed out.

From where do I have to be to edit Categories?

Strange, it works for me. Are you sure you have selected one ? The 
category pane muse have focus first.

Hmmm.  Where do I select a category?  Why not walk me through the steps 
to focus the category pane?

First click anywhere in the category view. This should give focus to 
it. *Then* click on the category you want to delete/edit. It should 
become highlighted and the edit, delete, etc menu items/tollbar 
buttons should become available.

I'm not sure why clicking on a category when the pane doesn't have 
focus does not select it. Seems like a bug in the underlying widget. 
I'll try to have a look at that.
