Big problem about finding object of main form

Hello
I start python programming and it  very surprise me.
It don't have any IDE to create and design elements of forms.
Or i don't see it.
plz help me.

http://www.taskcoach.org/devinfo.html) to discuss the development of
Task Coach and start this discussion there. Most people on this
mailinglist are just users of Task Coach, and we shouldn't bore them
with technical discussions about Task Coach internals
