We’ve had some meetings about Facter, caching, and what the user needs really are.

I need to create messaging around what we’ve talked about, why certain proposed solutions for those needs are good or bad, etc.

This ticket is not code-related, but a way for me (and others) to track what is and will be done around the messaging of Facter’s user needs and how we plan to meet them.
