problem with fax recepction

Hi, I´m using hylafax-4.3.10-2rhel5 on my Elastix 2.2; but I can´t receive faxes.

I have 2 iax2 fax extensions, and between them the fax works just fine, the problem its with my public access, I have 10 Sip trunks and 1 E1-ISDN access.

Forgive me for not going through your trace log bit-by-bit and showing 
where the indications are, but it's clear that the call audio quality is 
too poor for fax.  Is this call coming in through your SIP trunk or 
through your ISDN?  Because fax over VoIP just isn't reliable... and I 
guess everyone seems to want to try it out and learn this the hard way.  
(I have people tell me every day that it works great for them.  And 
although I don't doubt that it's true I do doubt that they understand 
what's really to blame for that because they seem to want to promote 
some magical approach that's supposed to solve it for the world.)

Anyway, use PSTN for fax.  You should be able to fax just fine over your 
ISDN.
