  sty/otf.sty, sty/mlutf.sty ::
    Apply new code to support surrogate pairs
    when macros \UTF{}, \UTFT{}, \UTFC{} and/or \UTFM{} are used with hyperref
 package.
    The new code is written by ZR san.
  test/uplatex/uotftest-utf8.tex ::
    Revise.
