You are using an older version of hyperref (< 2003-03-25 v6.73x),
a minimal test file is missing

and you only knows what happens on line 113 or before.

[Sorry für meine etwas hektische Mail gestern - es war wohl zu spät...
  Man merkts auch daran, daß ich nicht mal mehr wußte, daß tex-d-l eine
  deutsche Liste ist.]

Ich habe heute noch mal etwas gebastelt, Teile gelöscht und in der
Reihenfolge gewechselt, bis ich drauf kam, daß das Problem wohl
irgendwo im llncs Style liegen muß und das ganze zumindest umgangen
werden kann, wenn man im Titel etwas von der mitgelieferten Doku
abweicht.  Das reicht erstmal soweit - falls ich wenn das ganze fertig
ist noch Zeit finde, poste ich hier noch eine "richtige" Lösung.
