Initial Comment:
Hi,

in xdvik 22.84.9 on Debian, all the dialog windows
(like when klicking on "File", "Navigation", Zoom,
etc.) have the same size as the original window.  This
is particularly annyoing for the Find window - you
can't see what has been found.

I once managed to change this - I played around with
xdvi a lot, and somehow after a while the dialogs had a
sensible size; but I can't reproduce this now.

Does changing "xdvi*geometry:" to "xdvi.geometry:" in your Xresources
fix the problem?
