Category: None Group: None Status: Closed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Leonard Evens (leonardevens) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: xdvik should behave like dvips for raster images Initial Comment: If I use LaTeX's picture environment, with various \put statements for text and an \includegraphics command{x.eps} where the content of x.eps is a raster image rather than draw commands, then xdvik does not show the text. If I use and eps file with vector graphics commands (as produced for example by Inkscape), then xdvik does show the text. On the other hand, a ps file (converted to pdf) does show both the text and graphics in both cases. It would be very helpful if xdvik behaved like dvips in this respect. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2011-06-24 11:27 Message:(Continue reading)
