[Trac-dev] branch merge: report and custom query paging

Hello,

A few weeks ago, Tim Hatch started a branch for refining the patch for 
#216 developed by trac-ja@...
After a few clean-ups from Tim and a few others from me, I think the 
branch is in a good shape for merge.
One thing I've added to the custom queries is an explicit indication 
when a group is only shown partially.

If you're willing to test the branch before the merge actually happens 
in a few days, now would be a good time

The code is not 100% pretty, most notably the changes in report.py, but 
I think it's good enough.
