Log message:
	* coders/gif.c (DecodeImage): Improve handling of corrupt GIF
	files.  Resolves SourceForge bug #1042904.  Also, eliminate a
	potential memory leak.
	* magick/constitute.c (WriteImages): ImageInfo argument is now a
	const pointer.
