Multiple config files in Yaws

Hi!

It isn't always convenient to use a single Yaws config file.
Especially when adding/removing application requires config editing.

I would like to add to config file two commands, which load another
config file or all files in specified directory.

The attached patch adds such commands.

Thanks!
