It's good of you can use the logo as a distinct navigational icon. Using the logo as part of a montage where the logo itself has an ambiguous perimeter, typically as part of a top-of-page banner is less good. If you can place the logo in consistent location(s) on multiple pages, that's good too. Even better, on the pages which are not home, I've seen a small house image superimposed on the site logo to emphasize that the site logo points to home. David W.
