Early Booking for Usable Web Design (London)

(Apologies for cross-posting.)

Following an enthusiastic response to our one-day course on usable web
design last November, we are running it again at the British Library on
11 May.

Topics covered include: Conceptual models; card sorting; user
observation; personas; user tasks and goal-oriented models; paper
prototyping; accessibility; navigation and content; visual design;
feedback and usability testing guidelines.

Those of you already familiar with card sorting may be especially
interested in a powerful new approach included on the course - combining
the benefits of traditional paper sorting with efficient computer
processing and enhanced statistical analysis. (If you are not already
familiar with card sorting, don't worry, you will discover how easy and
effective it can be in designing web site navigation.)

The course is being run in collaboration with the British HCI Group and
the UK UPA. Members are entitled to a further 5% discount. Plus, we are
currently running a three-for-the-price-of-two special offer. Early
booking rates are available until 11 April
