release preparations

Hi translators,

a new release will happen shortly. Would be a good time to have a look
at the translations and make some updates if needed.

It would be nice if someone could provide more information into
https://bugs.dokuwiki.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=1799&project=1
to see which translations are needed.
