automated translation checks

Hi,

As I was reviewing French texts this morning, I found an error in a 
translation of a *printf format string. I realised that this kind of errors 
could be automatically detected.

I wrote a check script and ran it on latest dokuwiki git update. (not) 
suprprisingly, almost all languages have troubles somewhere with formats. 
Either there are typos, s% instead of %s, missing formats, or too many 
formats string.

Thank you, this kind of global syntax check helps improve quality.
Though we are currently in a code freeze before the new release is
out, all language files corrections will be included in the final
release.

Should I delete the section on the page after fixing the faulty strings
or is there an automatism for updating the page?

Hi

First, thanks Christophe for providing such a useful script.

I just fixed a bunch of things that where obvious to fix and rerun the
script. Now there are only cases left where some knowlege of the
language is needed to fix it.

I also added some explanation for the translators on what this is
actually about. Hope it is understandable.

I wrote new test. it just detected some new problems with a few 
languages. almost nothing.

Well, hem.... It took quite a long time, but yes, there is an automatism
for updating the page. An ugly cron job of mime uses another uglier 
script of mine to send the results daily.

First test was successful this morning.

For now, the cron job is deactivated, until a DW manager validate this 
bizarre practice.

If/when I reactivate the cron job, there are still 2 ways to prevent my 
script to write to doku site : deactivate the dedicated schplrtz.au 
dokuwiki account, or modify the script on teams:i18n:translation-check 
page; add anything, a space, a comment etc... If the script md5sum 
changes on DokuWiki site, my script will stop sending pages.
