Moving from SnipSnap to other CMS. Possible?

Hi all,
is it possible to use the XML-Export File or the MySQL Database Dump  
to move to other CMS? Is there maybe some way to get the content of a  
given SnipSnap Installation into a (say) MovableType Installation? Or  
maybe just the Blog Entries...

Where can I find Informations about the Structure of the XML-File and  
the Database Format? Has anyone tried something like this?

I realize it´s quite odd to ask this kind of Questions on a SnipSnap  
Users List, but I could not find any Information about this Topic on  
the Net. Any Pointers are welcome.
