You should be able to go into the setup (if you are admin on your
snipsnap) and simply dump the whole snip space including users and
all other data. A problem might be if you have a large space, then
the browser might choke on the download. If you have a small space
simply select download and dump the snips and users. Then use save as
from your web browser and store it as myblog.snip or myblog.xml. The
xml structure is simple, there are users first with all infos
(passwords are sha1 hashes) and then the snips with all attachments
and revisions.
