Quills Summer of Code starts

Hi all,

(Sorry for cross-post, I'll try not to do this very often.)

I thought I should let you all know that I've started working on Quills
code again; this time supported by Google SoC funds :).

I'm keeping a blog of my progress at <http://quills.sitefusion.co.uk/blog/>.

Hear, hear! Have fun the coming months!

I do not have time at all to do anything about Quills the next month
or two, but still: do not be afraid to ask.

And I know Reinout wants his Quills weblog to run on Plone 3 soonish,
so you can bug him if there is anything to code or test in that
department. :)

Say did I mention already that my blog has very recently gone from
Zope 2.7 vintage (but very lightweight and fast) to Zope 2.9, Plone
2.5 with Quills? See http://maurits.vanrees.org/weblog (and for Dutch
sermons: http://maurits.vanrees.org/preken ).

Some tweaks were done, which I should probably blog about. :)

Looks from the top of my inbox like Tim is knee-deep in Quillsland.

Tim - anything we should worry about compatibility wise on trunk? I'm
glad to help maintain a stable branch while you are focused on SoC,
but not sure it will be necessary..

I'm landing just about everything on the maurits-traversal branch. The
changes are large and, for now, somewhat experimental, so there seems
little point in destabilising the trunk.

p.s. My full SoC proposal is now up at
