Long time no type!

Greeting all! I know it has been a while since I have been on here, but
I found something that I thought I would share with the group.

Oops, hit ctrl+enter on accident. Anyways, I found this particularly
funny as I have just bought a laptop that has Vista on it for school. It
is as awful as I heard and worse. It's funny that the product to push me
into Linux-land completely would not be the killer apps on Linux, but
rather the "killer" OS M$ has been working on.

Anyways, hope everyone is well in the Litestep community. Brian, you
still using that Mac?

I got my daughter a new laptop for Christmas - with XP on it. We're both
much happier that way. =)

I did install some cable modem drivers (USB connection) for somebody
with a Vista laptop. I survived the experience, but it left me shaken
(rather than stirred).

Yep, I've generally been pretty happy with it. I had to write some

Again, you speak the truth. There are a few things that I miss from
Windows, but there are more things that I miss in Windows that I use in
Linux. The more things they have in common the better.
