crash on startup

I think my last three emails did not make it to the list
(attached).

Very strange: I have three different LS installations and
they all behave differently (even though the LS directzory
including step.rc and thus modules is almost identical).

I'll do some more tests and will let you know.

I can confirm that your 12/9 made it: it's the prior message I have in 
my list folder in Thunderbird. I see 2 others on 11/1 & 11/2. They're 
getting to the List.

Hmm, that means apparently no-one else is experiencing these
weird crashes, while I get them on two of my three machines.
I wonder what's going on here...
