Bike Walk Vote Launch Party!
Dear Shifties,
You may have heard the news, and we hope you're as excited as we are:
The Bike. Walk. Vote. Launch Party is this weekend! Join us at...
Crank Bicycles / SE 28th & Ash
Sunday, December 4th, 7pm (come over after Bike Craft Fair)
If you haven't yet, please RSVP for the event and invite your friends. It is free & open to the public and we'll have drinks, snacks, plenty of good company (you and your friends are coming, right?). Really, we'd love to get a chance to talk with you.
Bike. Walk. Vote. is a political action committee working to elect candidates who best support cycling, walking, and transit. You can find a lot of details on this BikePortland article about the organization that Jonathan posted recently.
We're hoping to put the ACTION back in Political Action Committee, but we can't do it without you. Right now, we're looking for help in three important areas:
