Both are very course grind, almost akin to an American oral snuff. Both are very mild in terms MOAHR, almost no noticeable effect in that department except for NTSU which has a pronounced Ammonia content that keeps the snuff very moist and enhances the nicotine delivery. Both are strong in terms of nicotine content. As far a scent or flavor, Taxi reminds me slightly of Kendal Brown. NTSU reminds me of a very mild American Copenhagen which is an oral snuff (mainly due to what I detect as high ammonia content. In my opinion there is a noticeable difference between the Taxi sold at Estate pipes.De and Westley's. The containers are different and the snuff from south Africa seems more moist and flavorful. Both NTSU and Taxi from South Africa come in the same containers except the NTSU has a handy tab that makes prying off the lid more convenient. The containers keep the snuff air tight, moist and are convenient snuff boxes, not to large to carry. The Taxi container from EstatePipes is not as well constructed and the lid is not as tight as those from Wesley's. Of the Medicated Taxi vs the NTSU, Taxi has a strong Pine-sol type odor while the NTSU is a mild straight menthol. Both are equally fresh and strong tobaccos which are mild to the nose. The snuffs are very inexpensive when purchased from Wesley's but the shipping is expensive. Even with shipping the cost is probably less than you would pay locally for any English snuff either in England or America. The initial shipping chart shows an amount higher than actual. The proprietor at Wesley's will send an updated shipping charge before your purchase is final. If you wish to try either one, I would suggest trying both and also(Continue reading)

Howdy! So far I've only tried NTSU Menthol. The only reason I started with NTSU is because I could buy it on the spot without having to get a price qoite on it. Whatever you choose, you can't go wrong for the price! MOF: I think that NTSU is one of the best medicated snuffs that I've ever tried. A close second to President (coming from me, that's an OUTSTANDING review.)
