Seems like they want everything for no pay.  $1800 per month is low pay even 
for where I live... for Wash DC it's "No pay" basically..... and then for a 
temp job?  I doubt they will find anyone.... especially with a B.A. and all 
the computer language stuff they want... :)

It's a National Complete Streets Coalition job -I assumed they were
looking for street people for the position rather than people who have
to pay for accomodation. The pay rate pretty much rules out anyone who
wants medical insurance, let alone paid-for housing.
