Summary: jEdit 4.3Pre18 mispositioned on dual monitors

Initial Comment:
I have dual monitors and Windows XP. My primary monitor is on the right.

Since switching from jEdit 4.3Pre17 to 4.3Pre18, I find that jEdit does not restore its position to where I
left it on my secondary monitor (to the left). On startup, the relevant properties are:

  view.x=-1280
  view.y=0

but jEdit seems to reject the negative X coordinate and position its window in a default position on the
right-hand monitor.
