This latest version is working very well for DITA authoring! I've been preparing some materials for a DITA User Group meeting tonight and got a chance to try the integrated Toolkit feature. The DITA OT 1.4.1 maintenance release will be coming out soon--will it be possible to link it in place of the 1.3 provided in the installation? (or to point the installaation to a DITA OT located elsewhere on the user's system or network?) I was using the Publishing dialog to generate PDF test files today. At one point, I used PF4 on the master ditamap to refresh the view of some topic titles that I had changed. Upon calling the Publishing dialog again, I noticed that the setting had returned to HTML for output. In effect, using PF4 resets the state of the publish dialog for a document that is still "in-editor." Is there any way to make the state of that dialog persistent for the editing session so that PF4 does not refresh the dialog as well? While inserting Xrefs to external HTML locations, I realized that I had to insert the format="html" attribute before entering the href atttribute value. Otherwise, the xref style template tries to do a title lookup on the URL and fails (since it is not going to a valid DITA target). Among the bad things that happen are slowdowns, messages, and in one case I even lost the entire attribute selection list for the xref attribute dialog. These are not critical issues since there are workarounds. On the balance, I'm finding the topicref placement to be much easier to do by drag/drop in the contentmap now--thanks!
